This list is for custom built homes on your property.

Engineering: Site plan, stakeout, cut sheet, wall check, final survey. Cost $10,000 ($3,000-$5,000 more for septic).

Permitting: Cost: $5,000 ($2,000 more for septic).

Site Clearing: Tree removal and house demolition. Cost $14,000.

Construction of driveway, silt fencing, grading. Cost: $6,000.

Utility Installation: Cost $8,000. Add 7,000 for well, $10,000-$25,000 for septic field, $7,000-$10,000 for public water and sewer connections.

Final Driveway: Asphalt and concrete. Cost $5,000. Add $2,000-$5,000 for larger lots.

Miscellaneous: Storm water management, trash removal, dirt hauling, soil issues, etc. Cost: $15,000.

Landscaping: Trees, grass, bushes, etc. Cost: $6,000.

Subtotal: $55,000-$75,000 public water and sewer and $65,000-$90,000 for well and septic.
