They contacted local news outlets, and the article was covered in newspapers and magazines throughout Northern Virginia. They also worked with the Washington Post, and were successful in getting our home published as the Home of the Week as planned. As they predicted, this exposed our home to interested buyers throughout the Washington, D. C. Metropolitan region and produced several interested parties. The article was also published throughout the United Kingdom. We believe that this exposure would not have happened if we had chosen other Realtors in Prince William County.
With Dwayne’s tireless and relentless research, and Maryanne’s gift of diplomacy, along with their work as a real estate team, we believe we were able to make a very satisfactory sale of our home in a little more than a month, rather than several months which we originally thought it would take to sign a contract agreement.
