Dwayne and Maryanne were very easy to work with yet very professional. They gave us excellent advice based on their experience and what they felt the real estate market would bear. They were very positive about being able to sell our house, told us what the upside was to our property and what to do to make the property more attractive to prospective buyers. They were obviously very knowledgeable since we had offers on our house within 3 days. They put a lot of effort into marketing our property and guided us through the real estate transaction process.
