The Harry J. Parrish Town Hall Building (above left) was originally designed as a fire station for the Manassas Volunteer Fire Company, and Manassas Town Council chamber and offices (2nd floor). It was built in 1914 in response to the 1905 Manassas Business District Fire. The fire company vacated the building in 1956 and it now serves as the voter registration and elections office.
