The Village of Idlewild
The community of Idlewild is designed with 2 different communities within the subdivision. These are the Village of Idlewild and the Estates of Idlewild. The Estates of Idlewild features single-family homes, town homes, and estate homes. The Estates of Idlewild are a collection of executive series homes built by Atlantic Builders, Ryan Homes, Ryland Homes, and Westbrooke Homes. The homes in the Estates of Idlewild offer finished living space ranging from 3,220 to 7,770 finished square feet. Floor plans offer between 4 to 7 bedrooms and 3.5 to 6.5 bathrooms. Recent sales in the Estates of Idlewild range between $450,000 to $1,000,000. Home sites range between .30 to 1.93 acres. Idlewild Homeowner’s Association dues are $800 annually.
