Belle Haven Marina (Alexandria-Potomac River) Belle Haven Marina is 1 mile south of Alexandria Historic District at 6401 George Washington Parkway Alexandria, Virginia 22307. Belle Haven Marina has Mariner Sailing School operating at this National Park Service venue. Boat rentals at Belle Haven Marina include 14′ Sunfish sailboats, 19′ Flying Scots sailboats, canoes, kayaks, and small motorized fishing boats. The marina has wet slips, dry storage and moorings available, and ramp fee. The Mariner Sailing School offers Adult Basic Sailing (3:1 student-teacher ratio), Youth Basic Sailing (6:1 student-teacher ratio), and Youth Advanced (6:1 student-teacher ratio).
